Sales outside UK. Contact us for a postage quote before purchase. Please show your nearest Town, city + post/area code. For buyers outside the UK we only accept Paypal payments. The address must be a Paypal confirmed address, and include a land line phone number. If the address is non-confirmed or by other payment methods, the transaction may be cancelled. Under no circumstances do we ship Celestron abroad.
Phone numbers with an order. You must now provide a BT land line pnone number with each order. Mobile phone numbers will no longer be accepted.
Delivery. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. However , we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days whenever possible. If the item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you to arrange a refund or discount for any inconvenience caused. Over seas buyers , delivery may be longer.
RETURNS. Any item that develops a fault within the warranty period can be returned for a replacement or have fixed. If the item can not be replaced/fixed, another model of similar value and condition will replace. If returning as unwanted, contact us within 7 days and return within 14 days. Must be in 100% condition and all seals unopened. If any seals are broken, or the item shows signs of use, there will be a 10% restocking charge.
Returns costs paid by buyer
WARRANTY. Warranties cover only manufacturing defects during the warranty period. Misshandling, abuse or accidental damage are not covered. External housing, eyecups, cases, straps, eyepiece covers are not covered. It is the suppliers decision if the fault is covered by the warranty or not. Their word is above ours. If buying to sell on, warranties are none transferable.
