- Delivery is included in the price to UK mainland. For telescopes, Tripods and other larger items, please contact us before purchase if you are non UK mainland or Highlands for a delivery quote.
- Please include a land line phone number with your order if buying telescopes, spotting scopes, binoculars, tripods and other larger items. For smaller purchases like eyepieces, filters, straps, camera adaptors etc, no number is required.
- UK delivery only.
- Delivery. We aim to dispatch in 3-5 working days. If the item is delayed or out of stock, we shall offer a refund or inform you of the new dispatch time.
- All items come with a full manufacturer’s warranty.
- If buying online we fully comply with distant selling regulations. If you change your mind about an online purchase, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 working days of receiving the goods. The product must be as new, un-used and in all original packaging. Buyer to pay return cost.
