- **If you live outside the UK, please contact us first for a delivery quote. The order will be accepted or declined at our descretion. If an order is made from outside the UK with no contact, the payment may be refunded and the order cancelled**
- Delivery. We aim to dispatch in 3-5 working days. If the item is delayed or out of stock, we shall offer a refund or inform you of the new dispatch time
- Warranty. I any item develops a fault within the warranty period, we shall arrange the item to be fixed , or replaced with another item of similar condition (may be used). Warranties include manufacturing defects only. Mishandling, abuse and accidental damage are not covered by the warranty. External housing, eyecups, cases, straps and eyepiece covers and not covered by the warranty. Buyer to pay return costs
- If buying online. We fully comply with distant selling regulations. If you change your mind about an online purchase, simply contact us within 7 days, and return within 14 days. The product must be as new, un-used and in all original packaging. Buyer to pay return cost
