1. Delivery is included in the price (unless stated extra at checkout or see No 3) 
  2. Including a phone number with the order is not compulsory , but may help with couriers if they send SMS delivery updates (to mobile numbers only)
  3. UK delivery only (Deliveries to N.Ire may now require the buyer to pay customs import charges and possible other costs)
  4. Delivery. We aim to dispatch as soon as possible. If the item is delayed or out of stock, we shall offer a refund or inform you of the new dispatch time. If you have any urgent questions about delivery time frames, please contact us before purchase.
  5. Warranty. I any item develops a fault within the warranty period, we shall arrange the item to be fixed , or replaced with another item of similar condition if it is beyond repair (may be used).  Warranties include manufacturing defects only. Mishandling, abuse and accidental damage are not covered by the warranty. External housing, eyecups, cases, straps and eyepiece covers and not covered by the warranty. Buyer to pay return costs.   6. DSR regulations. We fully comply with distant selling regulations.  If you change your mind about the purchase, simply contact us within 7 days, and return within 14 days. The product must be as new, un-used and in all original packaging. Buyer to pay return costs.
  7. Pricing errors . We are all only human, and errors in pricing can happen. For example if you see a G-GEM EQ mount for £2.99, the chances are there has been a mistake , and the transaction will be refunded
